Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Times

We ship internationally from our fulfillment partner’s warehouses.
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Ireland & Europe: 5–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

We sometimes run free-shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with tracking.
You can check your tracking link at any time to follow your package’s journey.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry — this is normal during international transit.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
This does not affect your shipping cost.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility, but in most cases, pet products arrive without additional fees.

Lost or Missing Packages
